IMPORTACION, USO Y MANEJO DE MATERIALES RADIACTIVOS Y DISPOSICION DE DESECHOS. La importación y empleo de materiales radiactivos para cualquier uso, así como la disposición de sus desechos requerirán la autorización previa del Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares. Se entiende por materiales radiactivos, todos los elementos naturales o artificiales que contienen isótopos radiactivos de los elementos químicos.
