HALLAZGO DE MINERALES RADIACTIVOS. Cuando en la ejecución de trabajos mineros de cualquier clase se encuentren minerales radiactivos el beneficiario del correspondiente título, está en la obligación de informar al Ministerio y al Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares. Este organismo establecerá las condiciones técnicas y económicas en que dicho beneficio pueda continuar con la extracción y aprovechamiento de los minerales mencionados.
