DESTINACION Y RECAUDO DE LAS PARTICIPACIONES. Las participaciones serán distribuidas por partes iguales entre la Nación y la correspondiente empresa industrial o comercial. El CONPES se encargará de fijar cómo se distribuye la participación de la Nación. El recaudo de las participaciones corresponderá hacerlo a las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado a las cuales les hubieren sido entregados los aportes donde se desarrollen los contratos mineros.
