CONSIDERACIONES AMBIENTALES. En los contratos de gran minería de las entidades descentralizadas se acordará la obligación de evaluar el impacto ambiental de las obras y trabajos y la de adoptar los correctivos necesarios para subsanarlo o mitigarlo, de acuerdo con el Capítulo XXVI de este Código y de las normas e instrucciones que impartan las autoridades competentes.
