PARTICIPACIONES. Las participaciones serán convertidas en cada caso por la entidad contratante, teniendo en cuenta, la clase de mineral de que se trate, las modalidades propias de la respectiva explotación y el sistema de contratación que se hará escogido. Las participaciones se refieren a porcentajes o cuotas o cantidades determinadas sobre la base de las utilidades, o sobre exceso de las mismas, o sobre venta de minerales.
