FACTORES QUE DEBEN CONSIDERARSE EN LA CONTRATACION. Las entidades descentralizadas, dentro de un criterio o comercial, al acordar los términos y modalidades de cada contrato, deberán tener en cuenta, entre otros factores, el tipo y clase del mineral a explotarse su calidad el posible de reservas que hagan factible su explotación, la ubicación geográfica de los depósitos y yacimientos, las facilidades de transporte a los mercados y las proyecciones de la demanda y del precio interno y externo de los minerales.
