REQUISITOS DE PERFECCIONAMIENTO. Los contratos mineros de los establecimientos públicos y de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado que por sus características, metas propuestas y la extensión del área, puedan calificarse como de gran minería, requerirán para su perfeccionamiento y ejecución, únicamente, la aprobación del Ministro previa a su inscripción en el Registro Minero. Los que se celebren con pequeños y medianos mineros sobre áreas comprendidas en los aportes, no necesitan más formalidad que su inscripción en el Registro.
