TERMINOS PARA SUBSANAR. Antes de declarar la cancelación o caducidad, el Ministerio pondrá en conocimiento del interesado la causal en que haya de fundarse y éste dispondrá del término de un (1) mes para rectificar o subsanar las faltas de que se le acusa o para formular su defensa. Esta providencia será de trámite, y en consecuencia contra ella no procederá recurso alguno. Vencido el plazo señalado en el presente artículo, el Ministerio se pronunciará durante los sesenta (60) días siguientes mediante providencia motivada.
