MULTAS. El Ministerio podrá sancionar administrativamente al contratista por violaciones al contrato, con multas sucesivas hasta un valor equivalente a veinte (20) veces el monto del salario mínimo mensual legal, cada vez y para cada caso, que serán pagadas dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que quede en firme la providencia que las imponga y su valor ingresará al Fondo Rotatorio del mencionado despacho.
