GARANTIAS. Antes de suscribir el contrato el interesado deberá constituir una garantía prendaria, bancaria, o de una compañía de seguros por el valor correspondiente al diez por ciento (10%) de la producción estimada para los dos primeros años, de acuerdo con el Programa de Trabajos e Inversiones. Será obligación del interesado mantener vigente en todo tiempo dicha garantía.
