DEVOLUCION DE ZONAS. Durante la explotación el contratista deberá devolver, en lotes continuos o discontinuos, las zonas que no hayan quedado definitivamente incluidas en los planes y diseños mineros. La zona retenida deberá reducirse a la estrictamente necesaria para las actividades de extracción proyectadas durante la vida del proyecto, para el transporte interno, beneficio, servicios y obras de apoyo más las extensiones adicionales que permitan una eficiente operación de minería. El amojonamiento del área deberá modificarse de acuerdo con esta reducción y anotarse en el registro Minero.
