TERMINO DEL CONTRATO. La duración de los contratos de concesión será de treinta (30) años contados a partir de su inscripción en el Registro Minero. Los trabajos y obras de desarrollo y montaje, se realizarán en los plazos señalados en el Programa de Trabajos e Inversiones aprobado y deberán estar terminados dentro de los cuatro (4) primeros años. Es entendido que el tiempo no utilizado en las obras y trabajos mencionados se agregara al período de explotación.
