DIRECCION DE LAS OBRAS Y OPERACIONES. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el concesionario gozará de autonomía técnica, industrial, económica y comercial en la programación, dirección y ejecución del desarrollo, montaje, explotación y beneficio, pudiendo escoger la índole, forma y orden de los sistemas y procesos que considere adecuados y determinar libremente los movimientos, localización y oportunidad de trabajo de su personal, equipos e instalaciones, siempre y cuando se garantice el aprovechamiento racional de los recursos mineros y la conservación del medio ambiente.
