SANEAMIENTO. La administración no adquiere por virtud del contrato, obligación alguna de saneamiento. El concesionario no tendrá acción ni excepción para reclamar reembolsos o indemnizaciones por causa de no encontrar los minerales la explotar en cantidad y calidad comercial o en el evento de ser privado de toda o parte del área contratada, por terceros que demuestren un mejor de derecho.
