CLAUSULA SOBRE REVISION DE LOS CONTRATOS. Los contratos mineros se entienden celebrados sobre bases de equidad y se ejecutarán de acuerdo con la forma y términos convenidos. Sin embargo, cuando sobrevengan el caso fortuito, la fuerza mayor, o circunstancias graves e imprevisibles de orden técnico o económico que hagan imposible o demasiado gravoso el cumplimiento de lo pactado, podrá cualquiera de las partes pedir su revisión. El procedimiento para la revisión de que trata el presente artículo será el señalado por el artículo 868 del Código de Comercio.
