CLASES DE CONTRATOS MINEROS. Por la naturaleza de la entidad contratante y la forma y condiciones a que están sujetos, habrá dos clases de contratos mineros: Los de concesión, celebrados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía y los de cualesquiera otras denominaciones y forma, celebrados por las entidades descentralizadas, adscritas o vinculadas a ese despacho, y cuyas materias se refieran a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.
