CONTRATOS MINEROS. Son contratos mineros los que crean derechos y obligaciones cuyo objeto principal es la exploración, montaje de minas, explotación, y beneficio de minerales. Estos contratos, además de los requisitos que deben llenar por razón de su clase y naturaleza, deberán inscribirse en el Registro Minero.
