CRITERIOS Y DIRECTRICES. El Ministerio en el acto de otorgamiento del aporte señalará a la entidad titular, determinados criterios y directrices generales a las cuales debe ajustarse la exploración y explotación directa o contratada con terceros y establecerá un plazo máximo, prorrogada por causa justificada, para que la entidad beneficiaria inicie los trabajos de exploración y explotación.
