SUPERPOSICION DE AREAS. Para el otorgamiento de un aporte no será necesario eliminar previamente las superposiciones parciales que presente con solicitudes o títulos anteriores sobre los mismos minerales, sea que dicho aporte los abarque total o parcialmente dentro de sus linderos. En este caso, el aporte se entenderá otorgado con exclusión de las áreas cubiertas por dichas solicitudes y títulos mientras se hallen vigentes. A perder su vigencia, las mencionadas áreas quedarán ipso facto, integradas al aporte si así lo hubiere pedido la entidad interesada.
