PLAZO DE LA LICENCIA DE EXPLOTACION. Durante la licencia de explotación, los trabajos, obras de desarrollo y montaje se deberán realizar dentro del primer año, pero se podrá iniciar la explotación en cualquier tiempo, dando aviso al Ministerio. La licencia tendrá una duración total de diez (10) años que se contarán desde su inscripción en el Registro como título de explotación. Dos (2) meses antes del vencimiento, su beneficiario, podrá solicitar su prórroga por una sola vez y por un término igual al original, o hacer uso del derecho de preferencia para suscribir contrato de concesión.
