OTORGAMIENTO DEL DERECHO A EXPLOTAR. Al vencimiento de la licencia, de exploración, si el titular ha dado cumplimiento a sus obligaciones de acuerdo con los artículos anteriores, tendrá derecho a la correspondiente licencia de explotación si se trata de en proyecto de pequeña minería, o a que con él se suscriba el contrato de concesión, sin ninguna exigencia, requisito o condición distinta de las señaladas en este Código.
