SUPERPOSICION DE AREAS. El Ministerio o el organismo o autoridad delegada, dentro del mismo término de treinta (30) días eliminará de oficio las superposiciones parciales de la solicitud con otras anteriores, con zonas de reserva especial o restringidas, o con títulos vigentes, cuando aquéllas o éstos se refieran a los minerales solicitados. En este caso, el Ministerio o la entidad delega la, definirá el área libre que podrá ser otorgada. En el caso de superposición total con zonas de las antes mencionadas, se rechazará la solicitud.
