DEFICIENCIAS DE LA SOLICITUD. En el término de treinta (30) días, contados desde su presentación, el Ministerio o el organismo o autoridad delegada, señalará las deficiencias y omisiones de que adolezcan la solicitud o sus documentos anexos y si fueren tales que no puedan corregirse oficiosamente e impidan la identificación del interesado, la comprobación de su capacidad y representación o la localización del área pedida, ordenará subsanarlas fijando un término para el efecto, so pena de declarar retirada dicha solicitud. Las deficiencias y omisiones distintas de las antes mencionadas no darán mérito para ordenar subsanarlas ni para el rechazo de la solicitud.
