SOLICITUD DE LICENCIA DE EXPLORACION. La solicitud de licencia de exploración se presentará ante el Ministerio o ante alguno de los organismos o autoridades que este despacho delegue en formularios simplificados que se adopten y deberá acompañarse de la localización técnica del área que se pretende explorar. En la solicitud el mismo interesado calificará provisionalmente su proyecto dentro de los rangos de pequeña, mediana y gran minería y señalará, en forma específica, el mineral o minerales que serán objeto de sus trabajos.
