CRITERIOS PARA LA ESCOGENCIA ENTRE VARIOS TITULOS. Si en el mismo día se formularen dos o más solicitudes referentes total o parcialmente a un mismo título minero el Ministerio escogerá a cual de los interesados otorgará la solicitud, según los siguientes criterios

Al solicitante que demuestre estar mejor clasificado, ponderando su capacidad económica, técnica, experiencia y organización empresarial.

Al que asegure la existencia de fondos suficientes para la mejor ejecución de los trabajos de exploración y explotación.

Al solicitante que ofrezca promover el mejor proyecto de desarrollo económico, social, de infraestructura y de conservación ambiental.
