EXPLORACIONES PARA GRAN MINERIA. La licencia para explorar con miras a ejecutar trabajos de gran minería por el sistema de contratos de concesión, en áreas distintas de las de aluvión en los lechos y márgenes de los ríos, podrá tener una extensión máxima de cinco mil (5.000) hectáreas.
