EXPLORACIONES PARA MEDIANA MINERIA. Cuando se pretenda realizar trabajos de exploración cuya meta propuesta sea una explotación de mediana minería, en terrenos que no sean de aluvión en los lechos y márgenes de los ríos, el área máxima de la licencia podrá abarcar hasta mil (1.000) hectáreas.
