MINERALES QUE COMPRENDE LA LICENCIA. La licencia comprende todos los minerales concesibles que puedan existir en la zona otorgada, a menos que el interesado limite su solicitud a uno o varios, específicamente determinados. En este caso podrá otorgarse a tercero licencia sobre la misma zona, que comprenda los minerales excluidos siempre que su exploración no interfiera la del primer solicitante. Ministerio adoptará, en cualquier tiempo, las medidas concretas que eviten dicha interferencia.
