RENUNCIA. En cualquier tiempo el interesado podrá renunciar al título minero y retirar las maquinarias, equipos y elementos destinados a sus trabajos, dejando en normal estado de conservación las edificaciones y las instalaciones adheridas permanentemente al suelo y que no puedan retirarse sin detrimento. Estas revertirán gratuitamente al Estado, cuando se trate de proyectos de gran minería. No obstante lo aquí dispuesto, si la renuncia al contra o de concesión se produjere pasados veinte (20) años desde el registro del título, operará la reversión de todos los bienes muebles e inmuebles en los términos del artículo 74 de este Código.
