º. La Junta podrá solicitar de las autoridades y funcionarios públicos, de los particulares y de los damnificados, todos los datos y comprobaciones que estime necesarios para establecer la propiedad de los bienes destruidos o afectados por el incendio, pedir a las autoridades la recepción de las declaraciones y la práctica de los avalúos que considere indispensables.
