º. Para que los damnificados de que trata el artículo anterior tengan derecho al auxilio decretado, deberán presentar, dentro de los sesenta días siguientes a la publicación de este Decreto en el Diario Oficial, su solicitud ante la Junta creada por el artículo 1º, con expresión de la clase de daños que les fueron causados por el incendio y del valor de éstos, acompañada de los documentos que se determinan en el presente Decreto.
