A partir de la fecha de este Decreto, la venta de copias de aerofotografías tomadas por el Instituto Geográfico Militar y Catastral se autorizará en cada caso particular por resolución del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, previo concepto favorable del Estado Mayor General del Ejército. Para la venta de copias de aerofotografías que comprendan territorios limítrofes del país, se necesitará, además, concepto favorable de la Oficina de Longitudes y Fronteras del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
