El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y suspende las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Su vigencia se extenderá por el tiempo de la conmoción interior, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno la prorroge de conformidad con lo previsto en el inciso tercero del artículo 213 de la Constitución Política.
