º. Introducción ilícita de elementos en establecimiento carcelario o penitenciario. El que ilícitamente introduzca armas, explosivos o municiones a establecimiento carcelario o penitenciario incurrirá en pena de prisión de ocho (8) a doce (12) años e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas por el mismo término. Si se trata de servidor público, la pena se aumentará en las dos terceras partes.
