°. Transferencia de otros bienes . Cualquier persona natural o jurídica, pública o privada u organismos internacionales de cooperación, podrán entregar bienes o transferir recursos, a los patrimonios autónomos que se constituyan en desarrollo del presente decreto, a título gratuito sin que se requiera para ello el requisito de insinuación. Estas transferencias no otorgan a quien transfiere la condición de fideicomitente.
