º. La corporación tendrá un director ejecutivo de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República, quien será su agente y el representante legal de la entidad. Además de las funciones que legalmente corresponden a los representantes legales de las entidades descentralizadas, el director ejecutivo establecerá los programas que debe ejecutar la corporación de conformidad con las directrices que fije el Consejo Directivo.
