Cuando, según el artículo 36 del Decreto 1651 de 1961, procediera el recurso de reclamación extraordinaria, en lo concerniente a liquidaciones notificadas con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, en lugar del mencionado recurso deberá interponerse el de reconsideración, lo cual podrá hacerse hasta seis (6) meses después de la vigencia del precedente Decreto.
