El costo de los bienes muebles e inmuebles inmovilizados, señalado en el artículo anterior, podrá incrementarse anualmente, en la declaración de renta, en un ocho por ciento (8%) y, proporcionalmente, por fracción de año. Cuando el contribuyente no hubiere utilizado este derecho en un año dado, no lo podrá acumular para años posteriores.
