Las autoridades y los terceros están obligados a rendir informes y atender las solicitudes de información y de pruebas relacionadas con las investigaciones que realice la administración aduanera, no pudiéndose oponer a ella reserva y en caso de que ésta existiere, la Dirección de Aduanas Nacionales estará obligada a conservarla.
