Modalidades de depósitos habilitados. Los depósitos podrán ser públicos o privados. Son depósitos públicos los habilitados para almacenar mercancías de cualquier importador. Son depósitos privados los habilitados para almacenar exclusivamente mercancías de quien se indique en la habilitación.
