Prescripción de la acción de cobro. La acción para el cobro de los tributos aduaneros y sanciones determinados en las declaraciones, liquidaciones oficiales o resoluciones, prescribirá en el término de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la presentación de la declaración o de la ejecutoria del acto administrativo correspondiente. Este término se interrumpe con la notificación del mandamiento de pago.
