Compensación . En todos los casos la devolución se efectuará una vez compensadas las deudas y obligaciones del solicitante. En el mismo acto que ordene la devolución se compensarán las deudas y obligaciones a cargo. También se podrá solicitar, en el mismo término establecido para la devolución, que las sumas a favor se imputen al pago de tributos aduaneros por otras operaciones del mismo importador.
