Intereses moratorios. Cuando quiera que se paguen obligaciones aduaneras de manera extemporánea y sobre aquellas pendientes de pago, se liquidarán intereses moratorios conforme a lo establecido en los artículos 634 y 635 del Estatuto Tributario.
