Cierre de establecimiento comercial. De conformidad con el numeral 2º del artículo 2º del Decreto 1750 de 1991, cuando se establezca la existencia de importaciones no declaradas, procede la sanción accesoria de clausura y cierre, por el término de un (1) día, del respectivo establecimiento comercial, constituido por la industria, oficina o sitio donde se ejerza la actividad, profesión u oficio. En caso de reincidencia esta sanción podrá imponerse hasta por un término de quince (15) días. El cierre del establecimiento se realizará colocando en el mismo un sello con la leyenda "cerrado por contrabando". Errores en las declaraciones.
