Intermediarios de la importación. Las labores de recepción, remisión y entrega de importaciones por tráfico postal, se adelantarán por la Administración Postal Nacional y las empresas legalmente autorizadas; las de envíos urgentes por avión, se realizarán por las empresas transportadoras que tengan este objeto, se inscriban ante la Dirección de Aduanas Nacionales y constituyan garantía, bajo las modalidades y condiciones por ella establecidas.
