Firmeza de la declaración. La declaración de importación quedará en firme cuando transcurridos dos (2) años, contados desde su presentación en los bancos o entidades financieras autorizadas, no se ha formulado liquidación oficial de corrección o de revisión de valor. Cuando se haya corregido la declaración de importación, este término se contará a partir de la fecha de presentación de la última declaración de corrección.
