Reexportación del medio de transporte. El medio de transporte se reexportará luego del descargue de la mercancía, salvo cuando exista orden de autoridad que impida la salida, o cuando el transportador deba responder ante la Aduana por infracciones al régimen de aduanas relacionadas con el mismo. En este último evento, se permitirá la reexportación si el transportador tiene domicilio en el país o, en caso contrario, otorga garantía para el pago de los tributos aduaneros y las sanciones a que haya lugar. CAPITULO III Proceso de importación. Depósito de mercancías.
