Entrega de documentos a la Aduana. El manifiesto de carga, los conocimientos de embarque, las guías aéreas o cartas de porte y los demás documentos de transporte de la mercancía que adicionen el manifiesto, serán entregados a la autoridad aduanera antes del descargue de la mercancía. Cuando se efectúen escalas marítimas o aéreas en el territorio nacional sin salir del país, sólo se entregarán los documentos relativos a la mercancía o equipaje que se vaya a descargar en el respectivo puerto o aeropuerto.
