º Responsables de la obligación aduanera. De conformidad con las normas correspondientes, serán responsables de las obligaciones aduaneras, importador, el propietario, o el tenedor de la mercancía; así mismo, serán responsables de las obligaciones que se deriven por su intervención, el transportador, depositario, intermediario y el declarante. Para efectos aduaneros, la Nación estará representada por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Aduanas Nacionales.
