Incorpórase al artículo 29 del Decreto-ley 262 de 2000, un inciso 2°, así: Igualmente los Procuradores Judiciales cumplirán funciones de apoyo a las víctimas del conflicto armado que se requiera brindar por parte de la Procuraduría, la debida atención a las personas desmovilizadas no postuladas al proceso de justicia y paz; antiguamente pertenecientes a los grupos organizados al margen de la ley, y acorde con las actuales necesidades institucionales se requiere igualmente intervenir en los procesos de restitución de tierras ante los jueces y Tribunales Superiores de Distrito judicial, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los derechos que les asiste a las víctimas del conflicto armado.
